RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Every item sold by The Biltmore Shop is unconditionally guaranteed. If you are dissatisfied with a The Biltmore Shop purchase or gift for any reason, please return it to us with the following instructions included with the package. You can return any item purchased on our Web site by mail or carrier of choice. We will refund or credit the value of the item and any taxes that you were charged. Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.

To make a return, complete the Return Form attached to the invoice that you received with the merchandise. Simply indicate the reason for return and the action to be taken such as replacement or refund. Place the Return Form in the box with the merchandise. Be sure to tear off the top portion of the form and keep with your records. Send the package to:
